Since 2002, I’ve served as Founder & CEO of Booster, a company on a mission to strengthen America’s schools. For the last 23 years, our team of incredible leaders has helped generate $800 million in funding to schools across the USA. This year, 15% of all elementary students in America will participate in one of our programs.

I’m also the founder of Virtue Village, a 60,000 square foot private workspace north of Atlanta. Virtue Village is home to leaders who believe work can be a powerful engine that enhances the lives of others.

Most importantly, I’m a believer, husband, and father to four amazing children. At the end of my life, I hope my legacy at home outshines my legacy as a businessman.
